A living focus guard for macOS.

Tell Sphere about your work. It stays on guard and steps in before a distraction costs you an hour.

How it works

Tell Sphere about your work

Describe the broad areas you work in: your company, clients, studies, or creative practice.

Sphere stays on guard

As you move between pages and apps, it quietly checks whether each one belongs.

It steps in when you drift

When something doesn’t fit, the sphere changes shape and steps in if you stay.

What Sphere sees

Sphere doesn’t capture screenshots or read page contents. It uses page and app titles and URLs to judge whether they match the focus you described. New judgments are processed securely; verdicts, corrections, and diagnostic history are stored locally on your Mac.
