This notice covers this website — the waitlist, the support inbox, and the checkout completion page — while the macOS app is not yet publicly available. The app is not covered here: it cannot be purchased or downloaded yet, and it will ship with its own privacy notice.

1. Joining the waitlist
The waitlist asks you to provide one thing: your email address. A static public list identifier routes that address to Sphere's waitlist; it does not describe you or track where on the page you signed up.
Sphere uses the address to send product updates and notify you when the app is ready. You can unsubscribe through any list email or ask Sphere support to remove your address.
2. Email provider
Sphere uses Loops, operated by Astrodon Corporation, to receive waitlist submissions, maintain the list, and send Sphere product and launch emails. Loops processes the submitted address and service information needed to operate and protect its form and email service.

3. Website delivery
This static site is hosted through GitHub Pages. Hosting and form services may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested path, time, browser information, and security or abuse-prevention events to deliver and protect their services.
Sphere does not add advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session replay, or tracking cookies to this prelaunch site.
4. Contacting support
If you email support@spherefocus.app, you voluntarily provide your email address, message, and anything you attach. Sphere uses that information to answer you and keeps only what is reasonably needed for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, browsing details, or other secrets in an initial message.
5. The checkout completion page
This site carries one page a payment provider can send a browser to after a purchase completes. That page collects nothing: it runs no script, reads no part of the web address it was opened with, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no tracking. Any values the payment provider appends to that address stay in your browser and never reach Sphere through this site.
Purchases themselves are not open yet. When they open, the payment is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy, disclosed at checkout.
6. Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information handled directly by Sphere by emailing support. Some records may need to be kept where required for security, disputes, or applicable law.
